DESIGN INSPIRATION: TRELLIS WORK FOR THE HOME

My current decorating obsession is trellis work or the official french term is called Treillage. These ornate latticework designs have very architectural elements and is derived the french word treille meaning vine arbor.

The design options are endless for where you can add this beautiful detail. From walls to ceiling, as a border or your whole room. Some may say that the treatment feels a little to country or old world but trellis work can look very modern and just transform your space.
